Wallpaper?
summerocker307 asked: I know this sounds kind of odd…but can you put new wallpaper over old wallpaper without having to remove the old stuff? I’ve had this really old wallpaper in my bedroom i want to get rid of, but don’t have the time to remove it to paint the wall.
